A bold visual identity that promises to "Break the body and the dance floor.
Context:
Rompe is a new reggaeton party aiming to stand out in the competitive nightlife scene. Tasked with attracting a young and vibrant audience, we were commissioned to create a visually striking identity that embodies the essence and energy of the musical genre.
Challenge:
The challenge lay in developing a name, visual identity, and communication pieces that captured the essence of reggaeton and conveyed the festive atmosphere of the party. We needed to find a way to differentiate ourselves in a saturated market and offer a unique and exciting experience for attendees.
Solution:
We created the name “Rompe” with a lettering style that reflects the energetic and vibrant nature of reggaeton. “Break the body and the dance floor” became our motto, conveying the idea of a party that encourages letting loose and dancing without inhibitions. The 3D lettering with a chrome texture visually stands out and reflects the party’s energy. To complete the visual identity, we designed a background with vivid colors blending into a gradient, creating a festive and joyful atmosphere that invites celebration. This strategy allowed us to stand out in the market and attract an enthusiastic audience excited to experience the Rompe party.
